Structured Diagnostic Sessions & Recording

Following completion of our intake form, QE conducts structured diagnostic sessions (phone and video).

These sessions are recorded for:

These structured diagnostic calls are not conducted or recorded without your explicit consent at the beginning of each session. You will be informed before recording begins. Recording proceeds only with your consent. Recordings are stored securely and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, protect contractual interests or meet legal obligations.

Recordings are not shared externally unless required by law.
