Referral Policy

QuestElle grows through meaningful professional introductions.

Our referral programme is open to individuals who believe there is strong alignment between
QE’s work and someone within their network.

Every introduction is assessed against strategic fit and professional standards before engagement proceeds.

QE works with:

QE supports professionals and organisations seeking greater clarity, positioning, and operational strength.

This includes:

​

  • Individuals strengthening their professional profile or preparing for progression

  • Professionals building credibility and market authority

  • SMEs improving systems, visibility, and AI integration

Not every introduction proceeds.

Alignment is assessed before engagement begins.

Referral Recognition

For approved and successful referrals, QE provides:

​

  • 20% of the first paid invoice only

  • Paid once the client invoice has been fully settled

  • Recognition applies to the first invoice only

  • No recurring commission

  • No obligation to refer

  • No obligation to sell

Referral Limits & Validity

To maintain quality and governance:

  • Each individual may receive referral recognition for up to three (3) successful referrals

  • Referrals remain valid for six (6) months from the date of introduction

  • A proposal must be issued within that six-month period for recognition to apply

After these limits, any further arrangements are subject to review and discretion.

Valid Referral Criteria

A referral must:

​

  • Be a new contact not already engaged with QE

  • Be introduced directly through QE’s referral route

  • Include confirmation that the contact has granted permission to share their details

  • Align with QE’s professional and strategic standards

QE reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet these criteria.
All decisions are final.

How It Works

​

  1. You introduce the contact through your direct referral route.

  2. QE conducts its structured intake and diagnostic assessment.

  3. If engagement proceeds and the invoice is settled, referral recognition is processed within 7–14 days.
